One of the funniest things about the storage business is that success often means customers leave.

Not because they're unhappy.

Because they no longer need us.

The move is over.

The house is organized.

The renovation is complete.

Mission accomplished.

And then a few years go by.

Suddenly, we see a familiar name pop up again.

Maybe they're moving.

Maybe they bought a new home.

Maybe they have a growing family and somehow accumulated enough holiday decorations to fill an entire closet.

(It happens more often than you'd think.)

Whatever the reason, seeing former customers return is one of the best parts of what we do.

Because returning customers aren't taking a chance on us.

They already know us.

They remember the experience.

They remember the convenience.

They remember that getting storage didn't have to be complicated.

As a local business, we've always tried to focus on relationships rather than transactions.

That means treating people fairly.

Keeping communication simple.

Offering promotions from time to time.

And making the process easy enough that customers don't have to think twice about where they'll store their belongings if they ever need space again.

Some businesses measure success by how many new customers they acquire.

We certainly appreciate every new customer.

But there's something special about hearing someone say:

"I rented from you a few years ago and had a great experience, so I figured I'd come back."
